In a food processor, blend beet purée, agave syrup, coconut oil, lemon juice, vanilla, and chocolate extracts until smooth.

2/3 cup vegan cream cheese (non‑hydrogenated)

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1–2 stevia packets (about ½–1 teaspoon powdered stevia)

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.

If using a pastry bag, pour frosting into the bag, attach tip, and refrigerate to chill.
