Ingredients

7 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped

2 tablespoons virgin coconut oil

Instructions

Melt chopped chocolate in a small metal bowl set over a pan of simmering water.

Stir in coconut oil and heat until dissolved (about 1 minute).

Keep mixture lukewarm until ready to pour over ice cream.

Spoon liquid chocolate over ice cream; it will harden into a shell within seconds.

Yield: ¾ cup (enough for 4–6 scoops)
