2 large bananas, well spotted

Instructions

Place coconut oil and coconut butter in a 2‑quart pot.

Melt gently over low heat, stirring occasionally.

Be careful not to let the coconut burn.

Once melted to liquid, add blueberries.

If using frozen blueberries, stir until warmed through.

Blend mixture with bananas in a blender until very smooth.

Pour into a bowl.

Refrigerate for 1 hour until firm.

Serve with sliced banana or other fresh fruit.
