Raw Berry Coconut Bites Time: 15 Mins <<< Back
Ingredients:

ΒΌ c (40g) dried blueberries

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 tsp coconut flower nectar

5 (30g) dried dates, chopped

10g dried white mulberries

1 tsp organic vanilla bean paste

1 tbsp raw cacao powder

1/4 cup desiccated coconut

1/4 cup coconut flour

1 tsp coconut sugar

1 tbsp (30g) organic silken tofu

2tbsp (40ml) plant-based milk of choice (almond, coconut), or water

Instructions:
Combine all your ingredients to a food processor and pulse until well combined. This won't take long, you want the berries to retain some texture. Roll the mixture, using your hands, into 9 bites and roll through the extra desiccated coconut Store in the fridge for 30 minutes until ready to consume

Yield: approximately 9, 25g bites
